Started working as a Postman for UK Royal Mail, aged 16, from 1987 until 1998. Trained as a Makeup Artist in 1995. Entered into the film industry professionally in 1998. First major work on a feature was Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets, in 2001 for Nick Dudman's Makeup FX and Creature dept. Continued to work for Nick on the subsequent Potter films with various freelance work in between and since, including occasional teaching at various makeup schools in the UK. Also projects for Neill Gorton's Millennium Fx, KMFX and working for Mark Coulier's Coulier Creatures company on many various projects, including Merlin, World War Z, Atlantis, Heart of The Sea, Eastenders and Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them More recent projects include work for Barrie Gower FX, including A Cure For Wellness and part of the Emmy winning teams for Game of Thrones Seasons 4 - 8. Additionally makeup and prosthetic makeup dailies on many productions including: The Mummy, Transformers and Star Wars: Episode 8: The Last Jedi, Overlord, Peterloo, Fantastic Beasts 2: The Crimes of Grindelwald, Men in Black 4.
